Welcome to Nexus Crane Counselling!
Personalized therapy for kids, families, and individuals.
Welcome! My practice focuses on play therapy, attachment and support with healing past childhood injuries. When our own childhood impacts our parenting and other relationships, we might need help in understanding and learning how we can change those patterns.
The ways we were nurtured, understood, or hurt in childhood can continue to influence our relationships and well-being as adults. I help children, families, and individuals feel seen, connected and supported.

About Me
As a parent and step-parent to three children in a blended family, I recognize some of the challenges that occur in our daily lives. When it comes to parenting, figuring out how to be there for our kids while also navigating various demands and curveballs that get thrown our way, it can feel like too much all at once. Parenting can stir up so much in us. As we try to care for our children with patience, love, and intention, we are often also meeting parts of our own story along the way.
It’s not always easy to seek help, especially when it comes to parenting and our kids. However, I believe families already hold many of the strengths needed for growth and healing. My role is to help bring those strengths forward and create a compassionate space where new patterns of connection can grow.
Outside of work, you will find me running outdoors, listening to music (Backstreet Boys fan, here!), baking cookies or reading a cozy novel. I’ve also enjoy large jigsaw puzzles and building LEGO!
